chocolate

chocolate cake in the oven - it promises to be a good one, i only hope our springform pan is water proof, because i placed the cake pan in a water bath.

ingredients:
200g green and black 70% dark chocolate
200g sugar
200g butter
4 eggs
1 tbsp of flour, levelled

that's a lot of sugar
and a lot of butter
and very little flour

oh, and a lot of chocolate, of course.

and i guess there are many other good brands around too: lindt, ghiradelli, scharffenberger, etc.


but sometimes i wonder - hm, perhaps tesco 74% dark chocolate might do just as well?
the price difference is enormous.

ah well. :)
when it's for someone else....i go for the good stuff.
