22 hours to flying

approximately.

checked luggage is packed but not my hand luggage; need to find this elusive math textbook that i left lying around the house. oops. plus install eviews onto my brother's heavy-duty compaq laptop (despite repeated hints to my sister that i would really really prefer to borrow her new ultra light 200GB-disk space laptop for a year instead....oh well). and transfer all my data from my old external hard drive to a new one (with 320gb of space. yay.)

am trying to squeeze in some last-minute math and social studies tutoring for my brother as well, tomorrow. haven't been around for him as much as i would have liked to in the past few days. was supposed to go swimming again with my sister too, but haven't managed to match her schedule cos i've been going out at night. and i guess dad and mum will miss me. i probably spent the most time at home this summer, compared to previous summers....and i realized i actually like spending time with my family. to some extent. (too much is too much, sometimes.)

had my last gathering with friends tonight - met up with the rg prefects. good times; i haven't seen some of them for 3 - 4 years. the first of our batch is newly married; most of us are going on to our final year of college, or going to grad school. i bet some are working already. we've lost touch with a couple of people, but the wonders of facebook should do the trick in helping us track them down :)

we said - when we graduated from rgs in 2002 - that we'd meet one day, 10 years later, at orchard mrt station. i wonder whether anyone still remembers. i wonder how we'll be like! it's just 4 years later..

time flies.

time in london will fly by too! new faces, new location, new decisions to make. what remains?

*grin* i realize the past few posts have been continuously about me moving to london and wondering what it'd be like. or reminiscing about singapore and old friends. must be getting a little boring. oh well. not like many people read this anyway. so i'll jolly well write what i feel like writing.

time to go to sleep!
